Skyhi Technology — Vertical 04
Skyhi OS, inspection AI and ground robotics
Hardware funds the business. Software is what makes it defensible — fleet compliance, mission autonomy and inspection intelligence, built in Madhya Pradesh.
Skyhi OS
Four modules
Built for our own operations first, then opened to any operator in India — including our competitors. A compliance backbone is more valuable shared than hoarded.
Fleet & compliance manager
The paperwork layer that grounds most operators when an audit arrives.
- Airframe registry with UIN and certificate expiry tracking
- Pilot certificate currency and medical validity alerts
- Insurance renewal tracking
- Maintenance scheduling against flight hours and cycles
- Digital Sky permission request workflow and record retention
- Automated flight logs and exportable audit pack
Mission planning & airspace
Airspace-aware route planning, and the analytical basis for our BVLOS corridor application.
- Zone-aware route planning with obstacle overlay
- Ground-risk assessment along the flight path
- Contingency and lost-link procedure generation
- Weather-window planning
Inspection AI
Trained on our own accumulated imagery. Every inspection we fly makes the model more useful — this is the asset that compounds.
- Solar module fault classification from thermal imagery
- Transmission line hardware and thermal anomaly detection
- Structural crack and spalling detection
- Automated defect register generation
Agri analytics
Processing pipeline for agricultural imagery and the reporting formats insurers will actually accept.
- NDVI and multispectral index processing
- Variable-rate prescription map generation
- Yield estimation
- Crop loss assessment reporting
Robotics
Where the ground layer matters
The same customers who need aerial inspection are moving material inside their plants inefficiently. Madhya Pradesh's automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturing clusters at Pithampur and Mandideep carry real material-handling cost.
We start as a systems integrator on proven platforms rather than as a manufacturer. Building a robot is easy; supporting one for ten years is not.
Warehouse AGVs
Automated guided vehicle integration for material movement between production and storage, with warehouse management system integration.
Inventory drones
Indoor cycle-counting drones for high-bay warehouses — an underserved niche with a fast payback where stock accuracy matters.
Inspection crawlers
Confined-space and pipeline inspection robots for the cement and chemical belt, where human entry is slow, costly and hazardous.
Manufacturing
What we intend to build ourselves
Indian regulation permits free import of drone components while restricting import of assembled aircraft, and requires type certification before any drone is manufactured, sold or commercially operated.
That shapes a clear path: assemble in Madhya Pradesh from imported and domestic components, and take a narrow, well-chosen airframe through DGCA type certification rather than attempting a general-purpose product against manufacturers with far larger engineering budgets.
Our target product is an agricultural spray platform tuned specifically to Madhya Pradesh cropping patterns and plot geometry.
- Facility — Mandideep / Bhopal industrial corridor
- Scope — assembly, integration, test and certification support
- Policy alignment — Madhya Pradesh Drone Promotion and Utilisation Policy 2025
- Certification — DGCA type certificate before any commercial sale
- Export — Indian-manufactured airframes to Africa, South-East Asia and the Gulf
