Questions
Before you enrol
Who is eligible for the DGCA remote pilot course?
Candidates must be at least 18 and not over 65 years of age, must have passed Class 10 or equivalent, and must hold valid identity documentation. A medical fitness declaration is also required.
How long does the course take?
The standard small-category course runs about five to seven days, combining classroom theory with practical flying. Specialist add-on modules run a further three to five days each.
How long is the certificate valid?
A remote pilot certificate issued through the DGCA framework is valid for ten years and is recognised across all Indian states.
What does it cost?
Government fees for the certificate itself are nominal. Training fees vary by course and institute across the Indian market. Our current fee schedule and batch calendar are issued on enquiry.
Will I get a job after the course?
We do not promise placement, and you should be cautious of any institute that does. We do run a placement support programme, we hire our own graduates into our operations and maintenance teams, and we introduce qualified graduates to our equipment customers.
Is training available in Hindi?
Yes. Classroom instruction is delivered in Hindi and English. The DGCA theory examination is conducted through the official platform.
