Orders are shipped via reputed couriers, typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–8 business days depending on location.
We ship selected products (such as naturals, apparel, jewellery and leather) to many countries. International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.
For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, unless stated otherwise.
A tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched.
For eligible export orders we provide required documentation (such as invoice, packing list, COA/MSDS and Certificate of Origin where applicable).
